examples of edits

using a cloning tool, the shirt pattern can be copied over the undershirt, creating an uninterrupted line

This is my favorite edit to do- it is done by making a black and white copy of the image on top of itself and erasing parts of the top layer

Ledger Massey Pratt

This precious angel is Ledger. What a sweet little boy! We had a lot of fun this morning. He has such a wonderful spirit. I'm always so fascinated by the different personalities children have- even as infants. Ledger has LOTS of different facial expressions. Even when he cries, he is adorable. Mom asked specifically for one of him crying (don't worry- I DID NOT pinch him to get him to cry!) because his sad face is just so adorable. His big sister Breck was so helpful during the shoot. His parents are Stephanie and Jared, whose family I photographed during the Christmas holiday... before Ledger, their 9th child! Mom and Dad were swamped packing (they're moving across the country on Monday) so I got to play with him and rock him to sleep while taking pictures. I had a BLAST doing this session. Thanks for letting me play!!!

3 Of A Kind

Kati, Tiffany, and Dixie are three fabulously fun friends! Their session was a lot of fun to do, it reminded me of when I was their age- the inside jokes, the poking fun at each other, the NAME calling! :) We shot these at Dorothy B. Oven, which is one of my FAVORITE spots to work in Tallahassee. Thanks ladies for a great time and some fantastic photos!

Matt and Shelly

Matt's first look at Shelly as she walked down the aisle. Look at that smile!

While waiting after the ceremony to take family and group pictures, Matt kept fidgeting with his new ring. Better get used to it!

The reception was right on the beach- absolutely beautiful!

What a sweet relationship this daddy-daughter duo had!

Dad, Shelly, and Mom- this was such an emotional part... even I cried

Matt and Shelly were married this past weekend in Destin, FL. They had a beautiful ceremony in a Catholic church and a fantastically fun reception at a beach nearby. I was working as an assistant to Kimberly Brock ( http://kbstudio.blogspot.com/ ) so I had not met the couple before the big day. They were fun and so in love! Best of luck and love to you both!

Cherise's Bridal Session

sound of music, anyone? such a fun personality!

This lovely bride-to-be is Cherise. We had a lot of fun on Saturday taking her pictures before her June 5th wedding date. Such a classy, fabulous gal with a great personality! Best of luck to her and Tyler as they start their new life together! Have fun for eternity!!!

The Ever Fabulous MANDY!

This is Mandy, a great friend of mine and a fantastic mom to the cutest girl in the world! (I'm not sure I used quite enough adjectives in that sentence) She's fiesty and fierce and I think I captured that in our session together. And might I add, she looked great and worked hard at 11:00 at night!

I think I may have had too much fun with the edits from my session with Mandy. Enjoy!

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY from l.e.t. photography!

Some call it Valentine's Day, some prefer to refer to it as "Single's Awareness Day" but no matter who you are, on February 14th of each year you are always reminded in some way of love. Whether you've got that special someone (lucky you!) or are flying solo and hanging out with the girls instead, I think Valentine's Day should be celebrated. To get into the spirit of the day, I did a love-themed photography session. Enjoy!
